Mike's career in music started in Wilmington, Delaware where he was born. He always had an interest in the art of dj'ing at a young age and this interest turned into a love for the culture and scene. Watching some old school YO! MTV Raps videos on tv was one of his first connections with Hip-Hop. Mike always wanted to make a crowd go crazy and at the same time have them connect with the music he was manipulating or producing. At the age of 13 Mike bought his first turntables and it took off from there. Experiencing concerts and the club scene also helped dramatically. As he grew older he realized knowledge of self was key and his friends and family were always there for him no matter what. Working and dealing with 611 Records as well as CUE in Philly were huge influences too. He learned how the industry worked and how networking with artists was key to success. Philadelphia was one of the biggest influences he had and it turned out this was the city he would grow to love. Mike strives to be original and creative in everything he does, as well as networking with people to help them in the same way. He believes that no matter what you want to do in life though, you have to always believe that anything is possible. Keeping true to yourself is extremely important and it helps in so many ways. Mike wants to give back and this is one of the ways he does that.
